  I didn't realize they had so many pastries and even sandwiches. I had coffee cake with my coffee both were excellent

  I frequent this Starbucks a couple times a week with a mobile order. I’d say most of the time the service is great and my drink is made in the time frame estimated. It’s a simple Americano so not much to do. Sorry for to give a bad review but I’ve had some issues with this Starbucks. The bathroom is always dirty to the point it almost cannot be used and the outside tables are not usable because they are dirty with spilled drinks and trash that hasn’t been cleaned up. At times I’ve also not felt safe coming and going. I understand the idea behind allowing bums to live in your store but at what point do you consider your paying customers? Today someone took my mobile order (so I was late for work) and the barista didn’t care at all. Made a comment that it was sitting for “five minutes”. The man that stole it was just sitting in the store but no cares were given. Also please come up with a better way to administer your free water cups. I’ve had to wait behind group’s that ask for six venti ice waters. I shouldn’t order a paid drink then another customer order six waters and gets them before my drink. There should be a water cooler with little cups. Ice is expensive and I know that is factored into my paid drink. Thanks for letting me vent. But please address.

  The person took my order get the cash got tip 20 min. Later I asked where was my coffee another person made it left it on the counter with out calling me no apology nothing no more starbuck for me

  Your average Starbucks. Delivers the drinks you asked for, has free WiFi inside, and people who are just trying to get out of the cold. The seating is nice, and the atmosphere is warm. There's even an outdoor seating area if you don't want to stay inside. The drinks however are no different than almost any other Starbucks I've been to in the past - which is good because you know exactly what you're going to get.
